Terms
These terms are the agreement between you and Axus, who runs Veldo ("Veldo", "we"). By connecting Veldo to Claude or signing in to Veldo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Veldo.
The short version
- PriceFree until beta launch. After that, Veldo will be paid. You'll get 14 days' notice by email, and you're never charged unless you choose a paid plan.
- Early usersIf you join before beta launch, you get a discount on the paid plan.
- Your dataYours, paid or not. If you don't pay, your picture and library are kept.
- AdviceSuggestions, not professional advice. You decide what to do.
1. What Veldo is
Veldo is a connector for Claude. It keeps a picture of your startup and a library of notes, so your own Claude can use them when you ask for advice. Veldo itself doesn't run AI: your Claude does the thinking, under your Claude account.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and use Veldo for your work or business. If you use it for a company, you confirm you're allowed to agree to these terms for it.
3. Free until beta launch, then paid
Veldo is free during early access, until beta launch. After beta launch, Veldo will be paid. We'll email you the price and what changes at least 14 days before it applies to you. You're never charged unless you choose a paid plan; Veldo doesn't have your payment details. If you join before beta launch, you'll get a discount on the paid plan; the amount will be announced before beta launch. If you don't move to a paid plan, your picture and library are kept and stay yours: you can see them on My Veldo and ask for a copy or for deletion at any time. What else stays available without paying will be announced before beta launch.
4. Your content
What you or your Claude save in Veldo (your picture, notes and their history) is yours. You give Veldo permission to store it, show it to you, and hand it to your own Claude when it asks, only to run Veldo for you. That permission ends when your content is deleted. Don't save anything you don't have the right to share, or other people's sensitive personal information.
5. Advice is not professional advice
Veldo helps your Claude suggest a next move. Suggestions come from AI and from what's saved in your picture, and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice. You decide what to do and are responsible for your decisions. Check anything important with a qualified professional.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Veldo: no attempts to access other people's data, break or overload the service, get around its security, or use it for anything illegal. We can suspend access that puts Veldo or other founders at risk.
7. Early version, no guarantees
Veldo is in early access. It may change, have errors, be unavailable, or stop. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copy of anything important.
8. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Veldo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Veldo's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Veldo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Ending
You can stop using Veldo at any time: remove the connector in Claude and ask for your data to be deleted. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. If Veldo shuts down, we'll tell you in advance and give you a way to get a copy of your data.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the change takes effect. If you keep using Veldo after that, you accept the new terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
12. Privacy
How Veldo handles your data is explained on the Privacy page.
